we absolutely loved our stay here! The hosts Beach and Jen were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Dinner reservations were made at recommended restaurants which did not disappoint. The breakfasts were amazing with so much choice from fresh fruit to fabulous freshly made omelettes. The views from the terrace were incredible especially at sunset. we stayed in the Beach room which was clean and spacious with a super comfy extra large bed.

There was nothing not to like about this property apart from having to leave!

We had an amazing stay with Jennifer and Beach at Boutique@10. The place is absolutely amazing with large and clean rooms and an amazing view over Camps Bay (especially for sunset). Jennifer and Beach are the most welcoming hosts and probably some of the nicest people we have ever met: Greeting us every morning, never short with smiles or suggestions for what to do during the day (from best and non-crowded ways up to table mountain to making dinner reservations in their favorite places). Not to forget: breakfast was amazing (try pancakes or omelette) and we never left hungry.

I was so sad to leave Beach and Jen! as if I was leaving my family! such a beautiful place, cosy and comfy. Great vibes, the hosts will help you with everything and make you feel super welcome! nice food and very friendly staff. strongly recommend!

Everything about our stay at Boutique@10 was fantastic! Beach and Jennifer are lovely, laidback people that go out of their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable. The views, location, comfort, breakfast, safety and literally everything were outstanding. We are already planning our next trip to stay at Boutique@10. We have stayed in a lot of places in many different countries and this was easily one of our favorites. Thanks so much to Beach and Jennifer!

Possibly one of the best ever places I have stayed. A warm welcome from Beach and Jen. Bed definitely the comfiest bed I've been in. Room beautifully designed, spacious and relaxing. Shower powerful and hot. The view from the balcony was astounding and the breakfasts out there each morning were delicious, plenty to keep us going throughout the day. We didn't dip in the pool but spent a couple of afternoon sunbathing with a beer or wine. Great location, we drove but its easy enough to get about with the buses from the beach road. Not too far to head up Lions head of table mountain if you wanted to walk it! If not only a few minutes drive. Easy to get into cape town and from the airport. Recommending to family coming next year. Absolutely magical.

We loved everything about our stay! Jennifer and Beach are genuine and welcoming hosts, making our stay and my 50th birthday celebrations very special. The house is beautiful, decor fabulous location and views amazing. Breakfast on the terrace was superb, such a lovely atmosphere and fantastic food. We felt pampered and looked after and would love to return.

Very lovely place with a panoramic view over camps bay. The house is decorated with lots of love and details. Only 4 rooms which makes the stay familiar, especially as the hosts Beach and Jen are warm and welcoming people giving usefull tipps and insights. The breakfast does not leave any wishes open with freshly made eggs in whatever form you like them. Rooms are cozy and confy. Equipped with whatever you need and especially the bed is so comfy, you don‘t want to get out of it. Dear Jen & Beach, thank you so much for this unforgettable stay! We look forward to coming back!

The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable with everything you could think of needing. Tasty breakfast was a highlight every day with so many tasty choices. Words cannot describe the incredible view from the rooms as well as the deck every evening as the sun set over the ocean. But more than anything else Beach and Jennifer were the best hosts making sure our trip was perfect, nothing was ever too much trouble and they had great recommendations of places to eat and things to do that made our holiday extra special.

Staying at Boutique10 was exceptional in every way. Beach and Jennifer are fantastic hosts and make sure you are enjoying your stay. They provided us with great breakfast every morning, good cheer, advice on where to go and what to see, and really made us feel at home. The house is gorgeous, and the rooms and amenities are exceptional. We had a great trip to Cape Town, and staying at Boutique10 was a major reason for why our trip was so great. I cannot overstate just how great this place is so do yourself a favor and book with them. You won't regret it!
