This is a lovely old home right in the heart of Hakodate's old town. The owners were lovely people and even drove me to the station the day i left. The whole area is beautiful and tons of things to do within walking distance. There was also a city tram a couple minutes walk to head to the other parts of the city.
The bathroom and showers are shared. It is very minor, but some people are not comfortable with that. Otherwise I do not have anything negative to say about it.

This guesthouse exceeded ALL of my expectations. It was like staying with two lovely Japanese grandparents.

No complaints!

Everything about this property is amazing. The room, the cute decor in the common areas, the location, the host, the host, the host—she is so kind and welcoming! Meticulously clean and super comfortable. We were sad to leave and would stay here again if we ever come back to Hakodate.
