Everything was excellent. The staff were very helpful and understanding. We ate our Friday evening meal and it was so good we booked again for the Saturday night.
Although situated three miles out of Lymington, it was so peaceful and on a quiet road which directly lead into the town, passing the ferry car park on the way. Very convenient.
Spacious superior room with a comfortable bed and nice enough suite with hot shower
When customers were sitting outside the pub, smoke did drift up into our room when the window was open. When using the ensuite, it was necessary to close the blind, because the window was clear glass not opaque.

The breakfast was OK but the service was chaotic due to an untrained waitress
