We have stayed here previously. The property is in a great location, easy to park , has helpfull and friendly staff members, comfortable clean rooms. The cooked breakfast was excellent. The small double bedroom was more than adequate in size. The ability to come and go as one wishes is extremely usefull.
Minor irratations.
In the small double bedroom there were no hooks on which to hang wet outdoor coats. Also shelf space on which to place/store personal possessions was extremely limited when staying for multiple nights.
The options for breakfast if one didn't want a cooked meal were limited. With just Coco Pops, Rice Krispies and Cornflakes being the only options available on two days of our stay.

Everything was beautifully renovated and smelled like a new home. My only 2 complaints are no fan in the bathroom, and no fan or A/C unit and it was very warm at the end of August.
