Location was great. Room was comfortable, a little bit darker to my taste. We liked the air-condition, it was too hot in the city.

The building had a stale smell but the room had a fresh air due to air conditioner. I wish it had a bigger window fir the natural light.

The location is fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend as long as you dont mind no reception or restaurant on premises.

We liked: - Large room - Location right on the water beside the sea organ - The host provided a map and marked everything on it for us which was in depth detail and fab - Room was beautiful and shower/bathroom was great - Lots in walking distance - Very accessible

We didn't like: - Room had a strong smell of vinegar - Parking is very difficult during the day which isn't beneficial when you have luggage

Couldn't be closer to the sea organ! Pretty close to the centre of Zadar too and only a short walk to airport shuttle bus stop. No place to store luggage Pre check in but they recommended an agency who would look after it for us, it was only 10 kuna an hour per bag and very close to the room. Staff very informative about the best things to see and do and the best places to eat and drink

Room is in a residential block, didn't feel 100% safe as the main building door was left unlocked all the time. Also there was a gynecologist office on the same floor as us so lots of people coming and going all day.

The room is HUGE. This was probably the largest room and bathroom that we stayed at while we were in Croatia. It is beautifully decorated and the location is STEPS to the sea organ

In the center; close to everything.

The entry hallway leading up to the second floor where the room is. It felt like one is entering a public facility. Anyway, it appears it is a mixed use building - so just be prepared for that. That the host have not figure out how to make it less stressful for guests esp first time guests who have a car that there is actually a street just inside the gate closest to the property where vehicles can enter. This corner is perfect for quick luggage drop off and host to meet the guest(s) and show where they can park. This will save visitors a lot of time and less stress finding the parking lot and dragging luggages to the property. The host should also be able to tell guests confidently that the parking lot closest to the property allows 24 hr parking.

Very comfortable room and a wonderful bed!

We had a lovely stay in Zadar. The room was very clean and tidy. It’s in the centrum of the old town, so everything is at walking distance from the accommodation.

Great location in the centre of Zadar - but also close to public parking. The room was very large and clean and we were given new towels for each day of our stay which we appreciated. Although it’s above a noisy restaurant, the room has excellent sound insulation and is very quiet when the windows are shut.

The air con was ferocious and difficult to control. Also, as nobody comes to clean the room during the stay, more mugs for making hot drinks would be appreciated. And although it was nice to have a seating area, some of the chairs are a bit uncomfortable.

Excellent location, very spacious and comfortable, would definitely stay here again
