One of the best located hotels we’ve ever stayed at, with views across the lake and direct access at the back. Even though we arrived late I could have a swim and get a drink, it was stunning.
Whilst the outside of the hotel is stunning, the inside is very dated, electrics looked a little worrying and no a/c. Some of the staff were incredibly nice and friendly but there were a couple who were the complete opposite. Breakfast was a buffet and decent but not great

We have stayed here before, which is why we returned. Location on the edge of Lake Lucerne is stunning. Mountain view room with balcony very comfortable. Short distance from St Gottardo tunnel. Breakfast included and brilliant. Free parking outside. Staff very helpful and friendly. Thank you!
Suggest more electrical sockets. As an experienced traveller we, always, take an extension lead to cover these eventualities.

The location was wonderful with good lake and mountain views. Well maintained. The rooms are fairly small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast offered a variety of fresh and delicious choices. The restaurant also featured local specialties for dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful.
