A fantastic location even if you didn’t have a car the bus stop was right outside the front door , taking you to Scarborough, Filey or Bridlington. Very spacious for our two families. Playroom was a hit with our 5 year old granddaughter as it had a chalk board and electric piano. Teenagers loved having their own on suite bathroom. Enjoyed sitting in the garden at dusk watching the bats.

The property was spacious and had everything we needed for a family Christmas. The beds were comfortable and the property was clean. The owner was available for questions and went of of her way to be helpful! The location was great for easy access to coastal towns, the coastal bus route was very convenient.
We felt that the seating option in the lounge, chairs and sofa were uncomfortable and probably need to be replaced quite soon.

The size of the all the rooms were what we needed, the play room for the grandchildren was a bonus, the off street parking for 2 cars really good, the garden was lovely for the family especially the grandchildren having a double swing and picnic table.

Lovely accommodation. Comfy and spacious. In a great location to visit surrounding areas.
A little tired and we had an issue with flies.
