I truly enjoyed my two week stay at Harmony Hotel. My mum and I found all the staff members to be lovely and very helpful and the overall services excellent. The location is great which is a bonus
When we checked in , the receptionist advised us we need to upgrade rooms as kingsized rooms are not for same sex.. I advised her im with my mother and if i wasnt allowed to book the room the system should not have allowed me to book it or it should have had a pop up to advise this. This conversation was hard as we checked in at 5am after a 13 hour travel and it was just pure nonsense. The receptionist did give us a free upgrade and found the solution but only after an unpleasant back and forth.

The Location of the hotel is very convenient. Close to the airport and in the CBD near many amenities.
The rooms are spacious and clean. However the wi-fi is very poor and I had to work sometimes from the cafe area downstairs which was very inconvenient especially with the swimmers around there.
Breakfast was adequate and served variety especially for those not used to the traditional Ethiopian food.
The poor wi-fi which really affected my work
