The location is very difficult to get to . The ride drivers almost all of them they didn’t get it . The hotel needs more signage to get it easier

I had a wonderful stay at Triple E Hotel & Spa in Addis Ababa. My suite was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always willing to assist guests, whether with general guidance or arranging transportation and various errands around the city. The manager was also very understanding and accommodating whenever guests encountered difficulties. The hotel offers an excellent range of facilities, including a gym, steam room, sauna, and massage services. I personally experienced these services and was very satisfied with their quality. The wellness team was highly professional, attentive, and welcoming. One of the highlights is the rooftop terrace on the ninth floor, which offers a magnificent panoramic view of Addis Ababa. It is also a wonderful place to relax and enjoy entertainment, including lovely jazz music evenings. I highly recommend Triple E Hotel & Spa to anyone planning a stay in Addis Ababa, whether for business or holyday. The combination of excellent hospitality, professional services, comfortable accommodation, and relaxing facilities made my stay truly memorable.

The road in front of the hotel is in poor condition.

Everything from start to end was aove and beyond. The manager was also very helpful in everyway.

No one was available to reply to my whatsapp messages to confirm pick up from the airport.

The room was good size. Bed was comfortable. The personal was nice. Geneeator availabe. That is about it.

The neighborhood is very doggy, at nighttime I would say even a bit scary, passing it by car did not make me feel safe The hotel needs renovation and it's definitely not a 4* barely a 3* I would say. The room was cold with no system for heating and the hot water took about 4-5 minutes running to even appear. The sounds outside with constant dog barking or chickens screaming Constant food smells even on the upper floors (mine was 4) At arriving the transfer waited for me on the airport parking lot which I was not told about and good thing I had an ethiopian e-card so I called the hotel to figure everything out. Other hotel trannsfermen waited inside the airport for me, but I guess there's a fee for that and not every hotel wants to pay for it. Early morning when leaving I witnessed a heavily drunk couple entering the hotel which did not make a great impression either.
