the hotel is in a nice area near ameyoko, a bit of a walk from ueno station.
the breakfast is a nice and simple buffet breakfast, the staff is very nice.
I stayed here as my first hotel after landing, overall I liked it
the location was overall good however the fact that its not on the main street itself but behind and so it makes it a bit more of a walk, but its not too bad

Room is clean, location is great. Water is free!
Breakfast was not that good (but it’s free!)
I asked if my friend’s luggage could be stored together with you as we reach Tokyo early (before check in time) but was declined. Hotel only allowed my luggage and not my friend though she was going to fly off that v same day. I thought the hotel could be more flexible to accommodate one small luggage under my name. Was not a pleasant start to the trip.
