I liked that it was in a quiet residential area with available on street parking. It was walking distance of my daughter's Uni residence and we'll served retsol park in walking distance too.
Good WiFi ,no problems there.
It is compact and cosy. The location and size make it a little gloomy inside, brighter lighting perhaps.
Advertised as having Netflix ,but it wasn't logged in. Had to temporarily add my Amazon Prime account to the TV to watch anything which was annoying.

It was, I think, a replacement for the original garage. Nothing wrong with it and adequate for a one night stay and it was clean.
Well as both rooms were bedrooms and they took up a large proportion of the space there was nowhere other than a rather small settee and an upright chair to sit on. As we were not a couple we didn’t really want to share a bed to sit on.
