I liked that room was very spacious, bed very comfortable and everything in the room was very clean . Kitchen was very good supplied. Staff was caring if I need anything.
Larger amount of flies in kitchen . And bedding could use some fresh fragrance . It was clean but without scent. Quite loud conversation of the office stuff behind the wall . While I was trying to work too.

The staff was very helpful and kind in responding to my requests, although they neglected to tell me the WiFi code until I asked them. The location is not scenic, but ti was close to the uni, which was important to me.
The linens—towels, sheets, bedcovers need a good long washing in HOT water, and to be throroughly dried, in direct sun if at all possible. Or else they just need to be replaced. The towels & sheets were gray from use, felt cold and sightly damp, and very musty smelling

The location was fantastic. It was close to the university so that was perfect. There were also nice restaurants nearby.
The room was just as it was advertised a big room with a fridge and microwave, also own ensuite and shower.
The shower was filthy I don't think it was cleaned before I checked in, also mouldy. I complained to the lovely staff who got the cleaner to clean it. It was a bit better but some bleach would have done the trick.
Also the handles of the wardrobe and table were badly chipped. It could do with a coat of paint.
If you want a nearby apartment, nothing fancy in Nottingham close to the university then this location is great.
