The view

A very bad experience. Personnel is ok but I assume they have an horrible boss. Running this place only for cash and using gorilla as business… Could not paied by credit card, no wifi, they pressure me to paid by cash, even their boss call me. They followe me every where asking me to paid ! I really wanted to paid, but no solution. I started to feel unsafe. I was even late for gorilla trekking. Also their is no hot water, no electricity at night, and as I mentioned no wifi. I paid 146€ for 2 persons. And the last thing if you still want to go to this place, be aware the road is not a tare road. It’s a gravel road, very mudy and dangerous. You need at least a 4*4 or a guide don’t drive yourself it’s very dangerous !

Very nice place,comfortable rooms with hot shower. Breakfast and dinner were good. Very attendant and polite staff. Perfect experienced driver Godwin, who took us everythere around showing us all beauties of Ugandan nature and wildlife.
