Gym hours were very inconvenient and iron service was very different I couldn't iron anything on the spot you had to drop it off in the morning and get it in the afternoon.

the staff were so amazing made me feel like home

No fried eggs for breakfast and not much variety of cereals, bread, fruit, cakes. But good quality of the products available (cakes, eggs, coffe, fruit etc)

Good value for money hotel with great facilities, great breakfast and a great indoor pool!

we loved location of the hotel as well as the hotel facilities like the sauna and pool. the wine bar and restaurant were excellent and the food was delicious!

An absolute gem of a hotel. The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. Everything about our stay was perfect. Beautiful rooms, great facilities and a short walk into the centre of Ponta Delgada for all the cafe's, shops, bars and restaurants. Hotel food and drinks were reasonably priced and of exceptional quality. The bar staff were superb - recommending Azores gin and tonics and local beers to suit our tastes. In short - if you're looking at this hotel as an option, book it. You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely nothing

I was here in December and it was great. Room was clean, big, light, and well-furnished. The beds in the twin room were very comfortable. The restaurant was also big and the breakfast was tasty and full of local products. The staff was kind and professional. The SPA was clean and nice and during a low season almost empty (I cannot imagine this place when the hotel is even half booked).

I have just a few recommendation for the hotel: - there should be some small simple coffee machine in each room to peeper a coffee or tea; even a kettle would be an option; - the Turkish bath didn’t work properly during my entire stay; - all plastic, artificial plants should just disappear from the hotel. They look terrible, especially in the contrast to Azores natures beauty and greenery. Additionally, when the day is sunny, in the whole lobby the terrible smell of the plastic appears.
