Everything was great, the breakfast was great, the room was clean and had adequate accessories, the wellness was perfect

There was no snow, but that's not your fault :-)

Hotel has huge indoor kids room with a lot of toys and activities. There are two restaurants in the complex. Hotel has swimming pool and sauna. There are kids activities in the morning and in the evening.

I payed 180,-EUR for 1 person/1 night and I was asked to pay extra, if I wanted to use the fitness or spa in the evening. The fitness did not even have a treadmill. People on the floor were slamming the door till 00:30. Something like "night/silent time" does not exist there.

Seems the manager should change the lady in the Spa Centre, as she was absolutely unfriendly and rude. All other staff was really good and professional.

The beer

Guy at reception doesn't even greet you when approached for an issue, and even sounded rough and full of himself, hence the repulsive type. Given the hotel was sold out, guy should learn to find solutions, not used the busy day as an excuse. So the guy receptionist fails at his basic duty of handling customer concerns. Conversely the girls had more soft skills. Phone in our room didn't work. Carpet had stains. Parking was tough to find. Access to amenities impossible due to full capacity on the day. No air con in the room doesn't help as then you have to open windows, but with people drinking in the lower floors, this doesn't help. Location is ok, but others are closer to the mountain views and better landscape.

Disappointed to PINA Restaurant :( price is okay if the food will be served fast and fresh anytime of the day .

Breakfast is good with enough variety. Pool was good and Hot tub was nice.

Would prefer breakfast started at 6 or 6:30 am, at least for coffee. Dinner buffet is satisfactory but food isn’t great. Would have eaten elsewhere for dinners. No drinks included in buffet, not even tap water. Massages were generally poor quality and would not book again.

The hotel is really good for a ski trip, you have a ski lift just few meters from the hotel, however it is only for one slope with no real connection to the other. The rooms are good and fully equipped. The wellness center and specially the Sauna is really good. The bar has delicious cocktails and the “A la carte” restaurant is very good, the service was perfect. A great advantage is the free parking on site as well as the very clean ski room and the possibility to rent all equipments directly there. The breakfast is also very complete with a lot of choice. The overall staff and service is really good.

The decoration is maybe a little but “old school” but fairly clean. It is a shame that you have to pay an extra for the Sauna. As good as the restaurant is the menu is a little bit short, especially if you stay there more days. Most of the rooms have only singles beds which is a shame when you go with your partner. There were also no mini-bar in the room which could be related to Covid restriction.
