Shams Safaga Resort

Everything is perfect the location..beach..sea..lots of food varieties but not high taste most of the time..animation is boring..staff very helpful and polite..beach chase longue needs maintenance..bathroom too needs more maintenance..for elderly people bathtubs needs plastic mates preventing slippery..water is weak in the room..I think the hotel needs more water storage..but as a hall the room is nice .. there is a safe ..toileters..kettle ..but no WiFi ..I enjoyed the stay very much like to come again soon.

The room was not cleaned properly when we first arrived and there was a problem in plumbing..and toiler flush ..the food was tasteless although lots of variates..food needs to be more professionaly done the Egyptian was the best others was not but to be fair I was upgraded to a bungalow with lovely location..

Love the landscape and beach

At first there were no towels at the beach, apparently they finished… they have limited beach towels for few rooms only, they didn’t help or send me shower towels at-least. Room has no amenities like any other hotel, when asked for them via front office they ignored the request.. Had to wait 3 hours for someone to fix the aircon and it was vey hot At the restaurant area the waiters only served white ppl or young girls 😅 it was very obvious drawling over bikinis 👙 , they were always cleaning up after their table and plates, serving them water and drinks .. If you are Egyptian they don’t even look at you
