Very clean and central. Parking available.
Fridge was noisy. Wash hand basin was blocked.

Great location, clean, and really liked having the kitchenette. AC was wonderful given the high temps. Staff let us store our bags before and after check in which was very helpful and kind. Easy to walk everywhere including train station and main town area. Good value.
The room may have the smallest shower possible and I am a small/short woman. I only write this as it was actually amusing. I had to turn the water off to open the shower curtain so I could bend to shave my legs. This is not a complaint. Just be advised if you are a big person. :) I would stay again.

Location was excellent. I could walk to/from train, bus, shops.

Clean, large room with basic kitchen facilities. No fuss check in and out. Great having a desk and lots of space to put things. So nice to have a modern lift.
It got really cold with the air conditioning on, but a bit warm without it.

Quietness and the space
The staff was unfriendly, the fridge and the kettle did not work. The reception was fully closed for two days.

Staff were rude on the the two occasions I addressed them.
Also, the shower leaked onto the floor, so I asked for an additional towel to sponge it up, but I was told I had to pay €7 for an extra towel. So, I left the water standing on the bathroom floor.
Could be noisy at night.

Location is great and close to center. Quiet area. Rooms are.well.equipped and comfortable.
Breakfast is highly priced and is basic. No.lobby. the bathroom is tiny.

Terrific location on the edge of the old town, close to restaurants and the train station, less than a mile to the archives d'outre mer.The room was large, modern, and very quiet. The bed was firm and extremely comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of equipment. Didn't have breakfast.
The overall hotel renovation was showing its age; bathroom was a mix of good modern fixtures and less-than-expert assemblage.

Preparation and planning
Swipe machine for money payment is not working for foreign travel card (Visa) . Hence, i have to pay through CASH. This card was working everywhere and not working in sejours

The bed was comfortable and the location is great and also quiet.
The bathroom had no ventilation, the microwave was not cleaned and smelled like rotten eggs and had food pieces in it so I had to clean in quickly and also the cleaning is not done daily but weekly.

great location, great rooms and amenities
staff abit grumpy and no washing up liquid to wash dishes, only one tea towel and bath/hand towels to last last ten days, had to dispose of own rubbish, no housekeeping service for entire stay

The room was a good size and the kitchen was good too.
The size of the shower was ridiculous, it was absolutely tiny and the shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder which made it really hard to use. The air con also didn’t work in our room and the reception was closed so there was nobody we could ask for help. We specifically booked a room with air con.

Very near to the centre of Aix so good location. Paid parking was convenient as it’s difficult to park in Aix. Comfortable bed and studio adequately equipped.
Well used studios which are showing some wear and tear. Shower cubicle is rather small.
