Comfort room with balcony worth the extra. Nice old building in the centre.
Breakfast was ok but limited.

Very tidy room that has pretty much everything one needs.
Friendly staff.
The location is really good for the price range and it only takes 5 minutes to reach the old city.
No water cooker in the room.
The windows despite being closed didn't provide much noise insulation so we thought we have left them opened a few times.

The room was very spacious and neatly furnished with a lot of opportunities to make yourself at home. The staff was exeptionally friendly and forthcoming, especially the ladies preparing the breakfast. Highly recommendable.

We booked a family room with a balcony. The room was pretty comfortable, with one double bed and one sofa bed for two persons. There was enough space for a family of 4. In the room there were a table with a chair, a commode, a coffee table with an armchair, a closet, minibar (empty), a TV, etc...
The balcony was pretty big with a table with four chairs.
The breakfast was good, although the variety of food could be more.
The stuff was very friendly.
The location of the hotel is very good: the centre of the city is very close.
There was no kettle in the room. So if one wants a coffee or tea, they can prepare it in a coffee room in front of a reception. A cap of coffee costs 2 EUR and a glass of tea is 1 EUR.

Very good quality charcuterie, reasonable range of other stuff, coffee could have been stronger.

From the reception to departure, staff went above and beyond. The room was spotless, comfortable. We asked for a change of room due to a recent injury and were given a room on 1st flr. Breakfast was an unexpected luxury. The only reason the noise level was high is the fact we were right on a main road. Not the hotels fault at all. With ear plugs, all was good.
The only suggestion I could offer is to put the name of hotel on the sign. It only says "Hotel" and we weren't sure if it was the right one. Google Maps gets you there just fine, though.

Staff was super nice and helpful! Coffee/Tea corner available at all hours. games and books for children. we also had a very nice porch to sit in. communication with the hotel was great when we contacted them to inform that we will be a bit late.
No nice view from the window, but it was nice and quiet and very close to the center
