Strange that parking here is paid when you could just park on the street for free. Upon check-in, the receptionist double-charged me for the room without saying a word. I only noticed when checking my card balance. She promised a refund within 30 minutes - but 24 hours later, nothing. The next day she wasn't there, just a kitchen staff member who spoke no English. When I called the owner, he claimed he'd processed the refund "just now." Why should I believe him? Yesterday they also said "30 minutes" We were only staying one night. Check-out time came... still no refund. Had to leave hoping the money would eventually arrive. With my foreign bank card, it took 2 weeks to get my money back! No apologies. No compensation offered for their mistake. Apparently this is normal practice for them. Left a very bad impression. Other issues: - No AC in the room - Only one kettle for two floors (located in the hallway) - No mini fridge
