They screwed up my booking.

Location and the room is excellent. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Laundry listed in the listing - that's a lie. The property does not offer any laundry services. But there is a laundry service available a short walk away.

Everything went well. The room was clean. There was a little situation with the plumbing but we called the host and he fixed it promptly. The host was very nice and patient with us.
I wish the location of the hotel was in a little bit better spot of Sorrento to get a real good feeling of the beauty of Sorrento. the hotel's location was right in the middle of all the shopping and noise. I didn't do enough research on location of hotel. Although it was walking distance from train next time I will opt for taxi to get us to our hotel and find a place closer to the sea.

Location
Room was way too small never see the manager once you check in. The cleaning staff was great.
