The staff were very helpful. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was very good.
Wish we could have had a sea view. Will definitely book earlier next time. We had to park on the side street. This was due to the work being done on the outside of the hotel. Which was unavoidable.

Staff were nice, room very spacious but there was an issue with a very cold draught under the curtain pelmet but that is being seen to .
Location good quieter end of Blackpool tram stop bus stop close by. But really liked the hotel .
No radiator in the bedroom just a stand alone oil heater. Along with draft it was quite chilly at times.

"Amazing staff, very welcoming. This hotel despite having scaffolding and repairs done to extetiria of building everything was spotless. Hard job for housekeeping to keep up with."
