We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The staff who assisted us with our luggage was especially kind and helpful. We arrived with our young child, who was a little fussy and tired, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in about 10 minutes earlier than the standard check-in time. We truly appreciated their understanding and kindness, as it made things much easier for us. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant and memorable one. We would definitely consider staying here again. ❤️

The breakfast menu shines through its balanced nutritional offerings, highlighted by a truly exceptional laksa.
Routine room housekeeping fell short of standard expectations, marked by un-vacuumed floors and a lack of proper sanitation in both the toilet and shower facilities.
