The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing with both western and local foods. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you Nazsim. The Welcome seafood restaurant across was really good.

This hotel was the perfect combination of service, accommodations, facilities, location, and price for our short overnight stay in Kota Kinabalu. The breakfast was great, with local and international options, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the shower was just perfect. This may be my favorite hotel chain.
