Excellent breakfast, friendly staff

The neighborhood, with construction right before hotel felt a little sketchy, traveling as a single woman. However, never had any problems, so probably just a perception.

I always look at cleanliness before anything else when it comes to a hotel. This hotel staff really cared and it showed in how clean our room was.it was in a great location just being 3 blocks from the city center plaza. It was close to great restaurants! The staff were wonderful! Miguel was wonderful. He held our luggage for the two days that we went to Machu Picchu. We decided to stay longer because we were treated so well. When we did check out we didn’t have to get out own taxi. Miguel called a taxi for us to take to the airport. all the staff were there for anything we needed. A complimentary bottled water was provided everyday foe each of us when our room was being cleaned.

We loved everything about this hotel.

Our stay was very good. Helpful staff, good location near the center, good breakfast with yogurt/fruits/eggs/cheese/bread ... , quiet room.

They mentioned in the description about providing a free transfer from the airport, but in reality no: we arranged this in advance but nobody meet us. We wrote them from the airport but they answered that they don't work in this day. It's not a problem to get to the hotel from airport, but they spent our time and none apologized.
