no bathmats. too many mosquitoes. no choice for vegeterian although we paid for breakfast

Honestly nothing.

Untidy bedsheets which had weird stains on them, untidy washrooms and floors. No cleanliness overall. Requested the staff to change bedsheet but they didn’t, had to make multiple requests then they did. Poor service, no hygiene maintained. The glass cleaning person/housekeeping staff only was fine. There was construction at the property going on and the entire corridors and staircase were bedded with cement. Lift non functional sometimes. The rooms were smaller. All in all, not worth staying for the price I paid!!

Staff were courteous,especially I appreciate the the attitude of the old man at the parking who helped me in parking my car during the busy hour in the evening.

Overall Okay. Value for money.

Clean rooms.

The bathroom water spills over to the washroom area. A simple separation would have solved the problem. Given the feedback to the hotel staff.
