Initially, v had an issue with one of the rooms. But, the team quickly made another room ready and we shifted to that

We had to change the dates of our booking. The team assisted professionally. We called them to expedite the process but was connected to a different branch. The team helped to connect us with the right branch and accommodated the date changes. The room location was good. Room was compact but just nice with all necessary facilities. Right opposite a park, in case anyone decides to go for a walk. The staff was very helpful. On our way, we stopped for breakfast at ‘Jallikattu hotel’ which was a highlight for non-vegetarians.

It's a small hotel with max 9 or 12 rooms. Being a small hotel there is no restaurant or BF arrangement However the location is good. Reasonable price Personally will prefer to stay here only during my next Madurai visit

Can consider to improve the access appearance Observed lot of garbage close to the parking area which is the entrance to the hotel If they can manage to keep that area clean that will b great
