The hotel is very quiet. The breakfast is excellent, with complimentary water and small snacks provided. The bed in the room is really comfortable. Transportation is convenient, as bus line 73 stops right downstairs. It takes only 15 minutes to reach the main train station.

Wonderful choices of bread, cheeses, protein, fruit, juices. Located adjacent to the No. 73 bus - we avoided the prices and congestion of staying in Luzern, while we were a 10-minute bus ride into the town center.
Our room was at the highest level. We didn't need much in the way of cooling, and we were comfortable with a fan, given that it was early June, but during the summer the room needs an actual AC unit.

Beautiful historic building located in Luzern.
The owners and the employees are so kind and considerate of the guests. The room and the whole hotel was very clean.
The restaurant is amazing. High quality food and service from the breakfast to the dinner.

Traditional building with nice decor. Excellent breakfast
Room 2 was too hot for comfortable sleep and the church bell opposite chimes quarterly through the night - very loud if windows are open. The basic fan provided was inadequate. No lift and no offer of help with luggage on arrival.
