The room was nice enough. Clean, comfortable, and it had a balcony.
Slightly on the outskirts of town but still close enough to walk within 15 minutes.
We stayed for three nights. For 2 of the 3 we didn't have hot water, including the night we arrived, meaning that after spending all day travelling we couldn't shower and had to get in bed dirty.
This is one of those fundamental things that supersedes other nice touches such as the prompt turndown service, free shampoo, etc.
They also still charged us for breakfast, knowing full well that we hadn't been able to shower. Strictly speaking, they didn't have to comp us, but it would have been a nice way to show they had any sympathy.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel, Toula was so welcoming. Our room was very spacious & comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious Buffett breakfast daily & enjoyed the pool area.
It was a 12 min walk to the beach & 25 min walk to Naxos Port & old town.
There is a bus stop 5 mins away, you can purchase bus tickets from the bakery near the bus stop. This bus will take you to Naxos old town or in the other direction to the sandy beaches 15 mins out of Naxos.
The bathroom was dated & small.

Staff so friendly and accommodating. 100% would return. If you come to Naxos you must stay here. Toula the host is so welcoming and very knowledgeable about the island. Toula organised a hired car for us to be delivered the hotel and gave us info on trips we could take. Quiet surroundings with a 15 min walk into town. Pool beautiful and quiet with lovely comfortable sunbeds. Also 10 min walk to the beach. Our room was a delux apartment which was spacious and lovely big balcony. Cleaning staff very efficient. We loved this hotel.

La Proprietaria molto accogliente e carina, ci ha fornito molte informazioni appena arrivati su come muoverci e su cosa poter fare nelle nostre 3 notti.
La Piscina è molto grande e bella, c’è silenzio ed è possibile rilassarsi ( se non c’è qualcuno che gioca a pallone urlando).
La camera è grande.
Il bagno!
Piccolo e angusto.
Facendo la doccia allaghi il bagno poiché, oltre che essere semi aperta, si trova a pochi cm dal wc e dal lavandino… e dalla porta!
si sentiva il fumo che entrava dal terrazzino della camera accanto, non c’è un muro di chiusura del balcone e abbiamo dovuto tenere la finestra quasi sempre chiusa quando rientravamo.
