We've stayed in a room for 3 people and the hot water wasn't working. When I asked at the reception about it, they informed it would be back by morning. In the next day, only one person was able to shower with hot water and then it stopped working again, so I had to request to change rooms (some of the rooms weren't having problems with the heating system), which was done without any problems. Also, we'd a early flight in our check out day, so I asked at the reception if it was possible to have an early breakfast at 6:30 am and the girl at the desk told me breakfast started that time for all of the guests. The next morning, when we went down for breakfast, it wasn't ready and the girl (different form the previous night) at the reception told me started at 7am, we almost didn't eat because of this misinformation. The installation itself was good, but they have to align things better with the staff so they won't give wrong information to the guests
