The location was fantastic, close to the university and on the corner of the ‘new’ city center, only 10 minutes away from the old town. Also, the Gator Bianco office is next door and contact through WhatsApp is quick and easy. The administrative staff is very proficient in English and helpful. Breakfast is simple but sufficient.
Although the rooms were spacious and very clean, it needed some updates. Only one socket worked, which made loading multiple electronics a challenge. The rainshower did not work properly. The hand shower was very strong and hot.

Great location, nice room and friendly staff.
If something at breakfast ran out, it wasn't restocked, so if you are a vegetarian and there is no more cheese - you will not get it

As it happened, we needed this accommodation, but had been told when we tried to book that we could not have separate beds (tht was what I had asked from the very beginning). So I booked elsewhere and expected a REFUND - which was not granted.
Then when the other accommpodation turned out to be double-booked (!!), we reverted to Gatto Bianco and were grateful to have a place to stay.
When my booking was DECLINED, I expected a refund. The offer to put in an additional bed came 58 hours after the message declining my booking .. NOT satisfactory, as by then of course I had had to book elsewhere.
