Location and comfortable bedroom

We booked an early morning 5am taxi and breakfast box for our early flight. Went to reception and not manned had to shout to find someone. He then went to get breakfast take away for us - not suitable to eat on the go. Taxi arranged through the hotel did not arrive and had to be rebooked - very stressful!

Great location. Staff are generally friendly, cafe is conveniently located next to the hotel. Breakfast each morning was a major bonus - simple but tasty and fresh. Rooms are clean and quiet. Taxis are often waiting outside the hotel.

According to the staff member who checked me out, the hotel did not have a functioning debit/credit card terminal, so the only way to process the USD charge for my additional night was to take a photo of my card using a personal phone. I explained that this is simply not an acceptable payment process. Offering to pay in cash (BOL) only caused further misunderstanding when the govt exchange rate was quoted vs the official market rate - a markup of about 40%. Finally, the Wi-Fi signal did not reach my room. I had to work from the lobby instead.
