The location was great for walking and accessing the cable car system . Close to good restaurants and other attractions
The hotel is on a street that taxis use a lot and they use their horns at all hours of the day and night. However,I think it would be the same no matter where you are located

Decent breakfast in the morning, shower was hot enough, and the bed was comfortable. Wifi was decent(13D/4U), but had a number of drops.
Having the water shut off was a surprise, and it shouldn't have been. They knew, but didn't let us know. No water from 5 pm to 6 am is a stretch. Rooms have no heat, and if it's cold outside, it's cold inside.

The upper room was quite large, with nice views. Breakfast was OK, but what was available sometimes depended on when you were there. However, the staff were responsive if you asked for something. The location was excellent for seeing La Paz.
The room could do with some basic maintenance e.g., a hole in the wall partially covered by a piece of paper. The shower was temperamental - it could deliver hot water, but sometimes just a dribble. We were there for 4 nights and the toilet bin wasn’t emptied - basically, no housekeeping.

Great location and wonderful staff!
The shared bathroom didn’t have toilet paper or soap. Those small things would have made a big difference. It was also really noisy at night. You could hear children crying and doors slamming.
