It’s near to haram
The locks are automatically closing after our time as it was falling under salah time we will definitely check out after salah, we were forced to go back reception to open in order to grab luggage. They must at least give some grace time

The best part was the location, this property is near to Masjid Al Nabwi (ladies side gates). The room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff is very good, Munir bellmen were very prompt. This property is very crowded and you need to wait for lifts, we were on the top floor and the people came up in lifts just to go down again and we had to wait a lot. The addition of coffee sachets would be great.
Lifts and the iron they provided (wire was wrapped in transparent tape).

The ease of going about everything about the hotel and the staff are so fantastic especially AbdusSobur who has been exceptionally helpful
The stc network was poor in the 7th floor and the room we stayed, otherwise everything was good including Wi-Fi. The hotel is always my choice
