This was our third stay at this hotel and no regrets. Glad we chose the full haram facing room. Rooms are clean and the staff is very responsive and helpful. The close proximity to the Haram entrance gate is the highlight of this hotel, along with the many convenient shops inside the complex. Lastly, the daily breakfast was always something to look forward to!
