Everything was perfect
Beautiful Riad

the property has a pool, very friendly helpful staff (kenza, achmed, noumane, security guard (old)), secure for kids, nice/clean garden.
it would be good for the hotel to provide a regular shuttle service to and from city centre.
breakfast was good however, it will be noce to have more hot food choices.
there are no tea and coffee making facilities in bedroom.
noises (dogs barking, cats fighting) during the night when you are trying to sleep.

it was like an oasis amidst the chaos of the city. the most restful and relaxing break - it’s as it looks in the pictures. would actually be a beautiful wedding venue!
nothing. it was perfect!

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable room. Big swimming pool. Good breakfast and dinner. NOUMANE at reception was very helpful
The hotel is about 20 minutes drive from the town centre in a not very nice part of Marrakech. It is located about 300 meters of a "dirt road" from the main road. To get there one needs to either have a car or take a taxi, which is VERY expensive.

Everything!
The swimmingpool, the spacious room, the helpfull staff

Nice relaxing spot not super far from the center (15minutes away). Rooms and meals were very nice !
You have to hurry up in the morning to save a spot by the pool because there’s a limited amount of chairs. Some of the hotel staff (reception guy) was not very friendly and seemed to be annoyed for no reason. There were only one staff taking care of all the guests for everything around the hotel (dinner, breakfast, pool …) so whenever you ask for something it would take 10/15 minutes to obtain what you’ve requested since he was super busy. You have to pay for tea and water bottles.

The whole experience was amazing: the lovely staff was always attentive and ready to help, Kenza and Imane are both assets to the business, as they were outstanding in customer service. The pool and gardens areas are heaven. We would also like to congratulate the chef who has indulged us with great and tasty food. Well done all of you from Riad Jawad!
The lack of background music in the pool and common areas was missed deeply (maybe the lack of it was because we were there during Ramadan, I do not know). Attention to small details such as flowers in the rooms and toiletry replacements in the bathroom would have made a greater impact and definitely put this property on a 6* level. We have chosen the all-inclusive option for our stay, we suggest that they should offer at least 2 choices of starters, main course meals and desserts for lunch and dinner.

The pool and outside area was the only good thing.
The room itself is very outdated and in a need of renovation. doors of bathroom were dirty and with peaces falling off. the ends of furtiture looked as they have beeen standing in a water for a while. and there was a bug in a bed🙈

beautiful Riad and gardens and pool was very clean.
our double bed was very hard and they need to invest in new pillows.
9.0
Space and environment in the property, friendly staff, food was ok, nice amenities
Beds were a bit too hard and pillows should had better quality, rooms could be a bit more noise isolated

The property was in a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The staff assumed a lot of things , did not really ask what we wanted. They kept disappearing when you want to talk to them. we had paid for a superior room which was not located in a quiet place in the riad. when asked if we can move they did not tell us that we were down grading from our initial room which is not fair to the guest.

installations
service was terrible. wait for drinks and food every time. drinks arrived after we ate, we ate the tagine and some additions to it came later when the food has already eaten. food was mall portions. and no options

The gardens and breakfast are nice, and there’s a cute dog.
Too many issues to list. Firstly couldn’t contact them to arrange a pick-up, then aggressive man on reception demanded we pay as soon as we arrived, wouldn’t show us how much, then told us to hurry because his shift was ending. TV didn’t work, water not running in toilets, rooms smelt of chemicals from building works. Dogs barking keep you awake. And there’s no shuttle bus as advertised, it’s a €30 return taxi.
But our main issue, if you book to have Dinner Included, this means you cannot choose what you eat. This wasn’t explained to us, we were given a menu but told what we were having, despite everyone around us eating various dishes. I am pregnant so can’t eat certain things, and if you are vegetarian/vegan/lactose/gluten free etc, forget it!
If we’d have known we’d have paid for room only and bought food separately so we could have had some choice. I was eventually allowed to change my main dish once but was made to feel like a disobedient child for the rest of our stay.
To top it all off we had to pay at reception for the taxi back to airport, but they didn’t tell the driver, so he squared up to us demanding payment we didn’t have. And, of course, couldn’t contact the hotel to confirm we had already paid.
Save your money, there are many other beautiful Riads in Marrakech.

The pool area was a great place to relax and sunbathe after exploring Marrakesh and staff were all lovely.
It was very very noisy at night with dogs barking and so very hard to sleep. The hotel was further from centre than I was expecting and I didn’t realise it was dry (no alcohol served) before booking.

A nice stay! Great swimming pool. Especially staff is very friendly! And works hard. Youssef was very friendly, helpful and a really good host. He did his best to make us feel at home. And ensured a pleasant stay. Breakfast was also very good and elaborate.
I found the price quality a little less. There was some overdue maintenance here and there. In addition, the location was very backwards.

Breakfast was amazing. And the staff serving at the restaurant so friendly and helpful - especially Yousef!!
7.0
the outside (heated pool) and the location
no shampoo and don’t give you enough soap
the food is not good
they don’t serve alcohol
the staff is very nice but there is no service - our food stayed on the table in front of our room for the whole day / the drinks for the whole night
no attention to détails because the staff is not professional

very nice place, good food, good rooms
some maintenance needed here and there

Very quiet. Good cuisine
The hotel needs some mainteinance, I think it suffered the long Covid-related period critical for the tourism, and this is comprehensible. The half board is very limitated, maybe the reason is the same. Anyway Youssef has been exceptional in making us feel comfortable at 360 degrees… very much appreciated.

We loved the pool, the serenity & the Moroccan feel of the property. Yousef was fantastic & made us feel very welcome. My husband & I enjoyed an amazing massage.
It’s down a gravel road & feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere but don’t let that put you off.

- the hotel itself is beautiful, very well taken care of in the common areas, poolside and gardens
- quiet, relaxing location, beds around the pool are very comfy (but they could use a wash)
- the professionalism and friendliness of Youssef, always ensuring our breakfast/lunch/stay by the pool was comfortable and that we had everything we needed, and always ready to have a chat about his country and its history (without Youssef I am not sure we would rate this hotel an 8, he really puts so much effort to make your stay the best it can be)
- hotel is 15-min drive from Marrakech's Medina
- private transport to do excursions can be booked via reception (e.g. private transport to Essaouira)
- room (we had the 3 persons room) is very spacious, with a closet and room to store luggage; bed and pillows comfortable; bathroom is also a good size and equipped with hairdryer; all was clean and cleaned daily
- some misunderstanding around the menu available for dinner / what could be ordered and what not, it seemed the chef instructed the waitress not to give the full menu (unclear why/if true); overall the food was so-so (do not order the chicken pastilla...)
- the daily shuttle bus mentioned in the accommodation's description is in reality a taxi service that costs ~15euro one-way
- it happened to us that the taxi we booked never picked us up in the Medina at the agreed place/time (we read this is not unusual)
- although the room was overall very clean some curtains were badly stained, the window frames were rusted and the shower could use a new shower head

Everything. Thoroughly relaxing, comfortable stay. Staff, ambiance, food, all really good. Away from Marrakech but close enough to go in for a while then escape again,

The hotel itself was peaceful, relaxing and a place where you can truly unwind. The food from the hotel was nice and well cooked. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained.
The road to the hotel is incredibly bumpy. We booked the senior suite, which states there is a fire place, although the room we were in didn’t have one - unsure why as this was in the description.
