Al Maaden Villa Hotel & Spa

The property was beautiful and spacious and they went out of their way to celebrate my birthday and set up the villa. The breakfast staff went above and beyond every morning for us and made the rest of our day.

The only 2 things were 1) the villa flooded one night in my friends room and 2) they missed my friends pick up at the airport which the staff said they would organise. There was some confusion with the front desk on two occasions regarding taxis and transfers

The breakfast was fresh and good, the staff was very responsive and respectful. Had a very good experience.

10/10!!! Property was very gorgeous, clean and spacious. The private pool was our highlight. It was very secure and cleaned regularly. The staff are super friendly and whenever we had a concern they resolved it immediately. Receptionist Yassine was an incredible host. He helped us with very useful tips travelling around Morocco and taught us how to bargain in the souq. The breakfast buffet was so delicious and had good variety. Nourddine was amazing at the restaurant and made sure we had the best breakfast experience. The room service was excellent as well, we regularly ordered from them and it was quick and delicious. We enjoyed our stay here and 100% recommend to everyone. Perfect for families or friends. We also had great spa experience. We’ll definitely come back.

No problems, any concerns we had were immediately addressed.

The staff were very friendly and the service was exceptional. Food was really good and the staff went the extra mile to make up for the poor state of the facilities. Location was good and made everywhere easily accessible.

The facilities are old and need to be upgraded. There was no WiFi in most parts of the villa, and the heating was not great, restricting us to bedroom.
