Friendly welcome. Good location.
The place is satisfactory but a bit weary. It would be great if coffee and milk was provided along with tea bags. So helpful for travellers.

The host lady was superfriendly. The room was actually two rooms, one was a bedroom.

Good location with plenty of access to pochlarn, our host was quite ammenable to our arrival and guided us through the property on arrival.
There was a distinct cigarette smell throughout the rooms, and the shower had quite weak pressure.

Noisy street with traffic.
The teapot is awesome "Unplug to off".
The worst - unknown stairs to the upper floor behind the curtain. I was expecting a wood man in the middle of the night. You can't lock it. You should be aware.
