I liked the location and the swimming pool

The property is newly done up from the pictures and we were so surprised it was an absolute fantastic hotel. The guy the bar helped us and served us everyday. He was amazing! It was so close to everything and we had a great stay

Nothing atall! It was clean the pool was unreal and it was right beside the beach

Everything, but just one issue, need a wifi installed in hotel part nearest the beach.

As above could not pick up any wifi in second hotel building.

I encountered several problems with the accommodation, I tried to solve them directly with the property, but it seems that nothing has changed. The reservation was for 4 people, 2 standard double or twin rooms. After completing the reservation I chose a single double bed for both rooms. When we arrived at the accommodation to pick up our two rooms, we found that we did not have two rooms with a double bed, but a room with a double bed and a standard twin room. I overlooked this, even though it bothered me a lot. The moment I entered the double room I found an indescribable mess: hair in the shower, in the sink, all over the room, caught in the curtain, the curtain was fringed, something red on the floor that could have been even blood. Those in the current conditions with COVID you cannot hand over such rooms to some tourists. We agreed to go out in the city, to have a quick cleaning in our room and to do a serious cleaning the next day. We had a choice between these variants or to have another room, we saw two rooms, one standard twin and one that smelled and the final solution was cleanliness. A quick cleaning was done, but the next day no one touched our room on the grounds that I did not hand over the keys at the reception as the gentleman at the entrance asked me to do. From the conversation with him in English I understood that they can take the key without problems, and they will come in to clean us as we discussed. What's the excuse for not leaving the key at the front desk? Is there a single key in this whole hotel? I expressed very clearly my desire to clean the room. I thought that everything would be ok and that the cleaning would continue as it should be done, but NO! I left the key for cleaning in the last few days and NO ONE came in. The key to the reception, but 0 cleaning. I understand that due to the fires there are no staff, but it is not my job as a tourist. I came to relax, not clean the room.
