stanza pulitissima ,grandissima e con ogni comfort e doccia enorme e il vino di benvenuto una chicca ; colazione ottima, con varie scelte di ottima qualità e soprattutto con orari molto flessibili . posizione eccellente a due passi dalla stazione metro di Lavapies, ma comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi con 15 minuti, leggermente in salita ma molto bello il percorso, pieno di vita . I ragazzi della reception fantastici ,precisi e soprattutto ti prendono il bagaglio in entrata e in uscita e ti avvertono loro appena la tua stanza è pronta anche se il ceck- in è più tardi. Il ceck-out è a mezzogiorno ed è molto utile Stra-consigliato

I liked the size of the room a lot. Extremely spacious, with a living room area and well equipped. It was great that the doors towards the small balcony could open, as we could let in fresh air in the morning. Also the staff were very nice, welcoming, accommodating and happy to help. The hotel was very tranquil and you couldn’t really hear your neighbours.

For 2 friends, not a couple, it can be a bit weird the setup of the bathroom as the door where the toilet is was a glass door, so not so much soundproofing. Also, it’s not the best place for heavy smokers as there wasn’t any place to smoke, only in front of the building, exiting the premises. The breakfast was quite simple, not a lot of options. Some of the plates weren’t the cleanest, but all in all it’s not so bad for a quick bite and coffee is really good.

Nice clean place. I arrived quite late and the night shift helped me with everything I needed and nothing was a problem to him. He seemed to genuinely like helping people. I had been trapped on a grounded aircraft at Heathrow the day before for 8 hours and the only way to get home was to get a ticket from London to Madrid. There were therefore things I didn’t have like charging cables and Spanish adaptors and he helped me with all of these things meaning that could power my phone up and book my onward tickets. A small detail made a big difference , thanks :-)

There was nothing to dislike.

Staff super nice. Breakfast wonderful. Room clean and bed very comfortable. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine and olives on arrival.

I wish it had mentioned when I booked that the room was in the attic. I was worried about knocking myself out every time I got up from the bed.
