Friendly owner (who speaks a little English, but we communicated in Russian). Location fine by bike, about 1.5 km from the city center. Breakfast area is in a converted garage.

The neighbourhood was cozy and calm. We took an early train and accommodation suited us well (around 1 km walk from the station). The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
The customer service was only in Estonian. Messages via Booking did not seem to reach the host, it would probably have been better to call or send an SMS.

we used BBQ in the yard and also after asking nicely - got sandwich maker to use. There's big kitchen with everything that's needed.
