The bed was comfortable. All of the linens and bathroom were extremely clean. Staff were friendly and even though we checked in late (close to 10pm) they were just happy to see us and answer our questions.
I wish the pillows were a little bit more firm... Or that we had at least two more. I felt like I sank into them.

Very comfortable and clean and easy to get around
The squeeze bottles for soap and shampoo. My arthritic hands could not get the soap out

My kids loved the breakfast. Water is available on the bar, and it is fantastic.
I did not care for the location of the hotel. We were in town for a soccer tournament, and I sadly made the assumption that the hotel would have laundry available. They did not have laundry available to wash my son’s jersey. The rooms are very small. I had noisy, obnoxious, neighbors, but the hotel staff did address that when I asked them if I could move to another room. The noise came around midnight when the couple next-door was loudly playing Keith Sweat and talking and laughing.
