Location & layout of house
Not clean, only 1 flyscreen throughout entire house. Balcony not able to be used due to safety issues. Insufficient towel rails in bathroom .

Location and size of house was amazing
Few minor things were not overly clean but understandable in an older house

The view was amazing and the house was 5 minute walk from the patrolled beach.
The house was advertised as pet friendly but the side gate needs fixing and our dog escaped.

Lovely big spacious house with most needs catered for. Would be great for large families.
Very hot in bedrooms at night, particularly with windows not able to be opened due to absence of insect screens on most windows and doors. Some maintenance needed. Ceiling fans/bedroom aircon would be a great addition to this home.
