There are two main things I would particularly like to highlight. Firstly, all guests are in the extremely warm, professional and helpful hands of the two owners of this riad, Guido (who is Italian) and Mikael (who is French). They will support and assist you throughout your stay, which is especially valuable if you are visiting Marrakesh for the first time. Upon arrival, we received a wonderful 20-minute introduction from the owners, delivered in a very professional, engaging and charismatic way. They gave us comprehensive guidance on places of interest, the local markets, the best routes through the Medina, restaurants, and many other useful things to know about Marrakesh. It was almost like a fabulous introductory course to the city! Afterwards, they continued to help us with every aspect of our stay, both at the riad and around Marrakesh. My rating for this level of service is not 10 out of 10, but 100 out of 10! Secondly, the riad is located right in the heart of the Medina, very close to the souks and the main square. At the same time, it is situated in a quiet and authentic area and has all the special character you would expect from a traditional riad. If you would like to experience the atmosphere and local life of old Marrakesh, as it has existed for centuries, this is definitely the right choice. We really enjoyed it. At the same time, if you want a change of atmosphere, you can easily take an inexpensive taxi outside the Medina to the more modern parts of Marrakesh, where you will find European-style cafés, restaurants and other contemporary places. As for comfort and cleanliness, we had absolutely no problems. You have air conditioning, Wi-Fi and the other amenities you would normally expect from a European hotel. There is no TV, but we did not find this to be a problem at all. Overall, this is an excellent choice if you want to combine authentic Marrakesh atmosphere with comfort, outstanding hospitality and genuinely personal service.

I can't imagine why anyone would rate this stay as anything less than exceptional. Michael and Guido truly love what they do and the community they've built through hosting. They restored the riad themselves and know it, and the surrounding area, inside and out. My friend and I let them handle nearly everything, and they made it effortless. They arranged our airport transfer, reserved restaurants, and set us up with a hammam/spa visit. They even gave us free bottles of cold water, tea, and juice whenever we asked for them. It's a true one-stop shop where you can turn your brain off and relax. The riad itself is stunning. The courtyard is the peaceful heart of the space, the decor and tilework are beautiful, and the rooms are sublime. Even in the middle of the medina, it's wonderfully quiet, a calm retreat from the bustle outside. Breakfast each morning was delicious and well prepared. Their little paradise feels like your own the moment you step inside. Thank you, Michael and Guido. You couldn't ask for more.

In was an incredible surprise to find such a beautiful and peaceful property within the chaotic Medina. Special appreciation to the staff and the fantastic attention than the owners offer during our stay, always kind, respectful and welcoming. They are the best.

A charming Riad in a great location. Our room was perfect, quiet and clean and public spaces comfortable. The rooftop was a great place for breakfast, which was delicious. Guido and Michael were wonderful hosts and were a wealth of information regarding restaurants, shopping, taxis, etc. Thank you for making my Marrakesh visit wonderful!
