Nice spacious too, comfy beds too.
Nothing.

Just a solid B & B, everything you need for a weekend away. Parking was really easy, location was fine but it is the opposite end of town to the Spa so it's 15-20 mins walk. Breakfast had loads of options. and the hosts were great.
The showers wasn't the most powerful and the rooms are a little old fashioned but we kind of liked that.

The pleasant and friendly hosts will arrange free resident street parking for guests before arrival. The well serviced room was clean and comfortable and Breakfast in the dining room was more than adequate with options on the cooked menu also available. For me it was quiet and calm in the breakfast room in the morning, but if you would prefer some low background music or the Radio I'm sure the hosts would accommodate this for you.
For some people I can imagine the communal areas outside the rooms may not be very 'homely', and there is no lounge for guests. This didn't bother me as this was not particularly a priority for my stay, and my room was easily spacious enough for any time I spent in there. If a seagull lands on the TV aerial, don't worry, the pixelating screen will only last a few seconds!

The 1 staff member who we saw was very friendly. Felt like there was only her who was running it. Breakfast was nice but not amazing
Very dated, looked creepy. rusty radiator in bedroom, it had a fusty smell
