The Adnate Perth - Art Series

I love everything about this place. The location, the staff are amazing, the rooms are above and beyond 95% of hotels i have stayed in perth. So much so this is my go to when I stay in Perth. Thank you "The Adnate".

The rooms were lovely and spacious and the art throughout the hotel is gorgeous. We also got upgraded to rooms on a higher floor which was a lovely surprise. Location is excellent and central.

Total lack of service/normal courtesy at reception. On both arrival and departure, staff watched as i struggled with my huge amount of luggage while trying to open hotel door- a couple all dressed up and about to hop in an uber actually came back to help me open the door which was v kind. Hotel staff just looked on - both times, no offer to help get luggage up to room either. No greeting or basic acknowledgement at anytime when coming and going past front desk. Absolutely nothing in minibar, not even water. Room service offering v limited and very slow even though just ordered drinks for said empty mini bar. Grim bathroom with no basicamenities. Familiar with hotel group so was definitely not expecting luxury but despite having very average expectations I still found the stay very sub par from start to finish with the total lack of hospitality and service being the biggest downfall. Had that not been so appalling, i would probably have been less bothered by the other elements.
