Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, just down the road from RAC arena, food near by, convenience store close. Room was spacious and clean.
The only negative about the stay is the noise. I had to sleep with ear plugs due to the constant outside noise (cars, people, sirens) and the constant noise from the lifts inside the building (we stayed in a room opposite the lift). With ear plugs on it was fine though.

The building and rooms were beautifully maintained
The street level noise was a little loud some better sound proofing would be very helpful

The staff were all amazing
You could hear everything in the room,. elevator going up and down, people on the street. The room was very basic and the balcony was very cramp. The pillows were really stiff. I don't feel it was worth the price tag.
