An Amazing Villa with Perfect Location at only 200 Meters from the Cala Egos Beach !
Villa Turquesa è un'incredibile proprietà sul lungomare in una posizione perfetta vicino all'idilliaca spiaggia di Cala Egos. La villa è composta da 4 camere matrimoniali, tutte con aria condizionata, su 3 piani e ampie zone giorno. L'ingresso conduce al soggiorno che dispone di aria condizionata, una confortevole area salotto, una grande TV a schermo piatto, SAT e DVD. Questo piano comprende anche una zona pranzo e una camera matrimoniale con TV a schermo piatto / DVD e lussuoso bagno privato (vasca e doccia). Le porte scorrevoli in vetro dal soggiorno e dalla camera da letto conducono ad una splendida terrazza con vista mozzafiato sulla piscina e sul mare turchese cristallino. Questa terrazza è dotata di un moderno barbecue a gas e di un tavolo con sedie per gustare grigliate all'aperto. Una scala conduce alla torre dove c'è un'altra camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato e accesso alla terrazza sul tetto. Al piano terra ci sono altre 2 camere matrimoniali, sempre ognuna con il proprio bagno privato ed entrambe le camere hanno un facile accesso alla piscina con lettini e comodi mobili da giardino. Le viste dall'interno e intorno alla piscina a sfioro sono assolutamente sbalorditive.

Location, Location, Location! This property gets a 10 out of 10 for location. The view from the property was nothing less than stunning, the infinity pool overlooking the sea was where many hours were spent. There is a path leading from the property 200 meters to Cala Egos beach, a small, quiet beach. The home was well equipped both from the owners and previous guests, two fridges, washer, dryer, floaties and toys for the pool. The pictures on the website were dated, the lounge chairs around the pool do not come with cushions, and 3 or 4 of the chairs were torn. The pool area has 4 umbrellas which helped to keep the area shaded. There was a comfortable outdoor seating area with cushions that overlooks the pool and sea. The large outdoor dining table is off the living room, up one level from the pool. There is a bathroom that is accessible through it’s own entrance off the pool. The home is clean, sparsely decorated, it does not come with shampoo, conditioner, soap or shower gel. The pool towels are dated and could use an update. The property is within walking distance of restaurants and small shops. We rented a vehicle and did day trips around the island.

We were a group of 3 couples. The property is very large and situated within walking distance of the town and marina. There is a wide range of restaurants to suit all budgets. Our favourites were on the marina about a 20 minute walk away.
The villa is as it looks in the photos. Very clean with amazing views. The upstairs bedroom doesn’t have a door and one of downstairs bedrooms is reached through the other one but it wasn’t a problem for our group.
The bathrooms are large with plenty of hot water and large showers.
We made use of the BBQ and there is plenty of fridge and freezer space in the large kitchen.
Scott is the contact person who met us at the villa to explain his everything worked. We had a couple of minor queries whilst there, I text Scott and had a response in 10 minutes and the problem resolved within 20 minutes.
I would highly recommend this villa

Perfect holiday home. Pool and house were excellent. Cala Egos a 5-10 min stroll away with shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Real bonus was the walk way to the sea. Teenagers loved jumping in and snorkelling amongst the fish.
