Great location, so nice to be able to walk out to the beach. Our toddlers loved it, since they couldn't manage more than about 20 -45minutes at a time on the beach. Also, it is close to restaurants! And owner and property manager were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Was very clean!

The house was good. It was so great with little kids to just be able to walk out to the beach and to not have to share that beach. Not a fan of the stairs with little kids, and our minivan wouldn't fit in the garage. Other than that it was good.

I can’t imagine anyone could be disappointed with this property. Upon arrival, you get a walk through with the property manager so we knew where everything was without having to figure it all out ourselves. She’s fantastic! The master bedroom is incredible and the view is amazing. Comfortable bed and plenty of room. The downstairs bedroom is small and the downstairs bathroom is a little odd because it’s part of a hallway, but everything else more than makes up for that. It has everything you could possibly need. We only needed to buy a little more toilet paper toward the end of the stay. The outside space is the best I’ve ever experienced for a vacation home. There are only 2 TVs, (master and living room) but we barely turned them on anyways. The beach location is perfect. With the bay on the other side of the road, there’s no one behind you to come to that part of the beach. There is a public beach access 3 houses down, but with no public parking, only a few people are willing to make the walk to that access point; so the beach is very private. The sunsets are amazing. Watch from your private space on the beach or the balcony. Even though the area is quiet and private, it’s so close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and grocery stores. The only thing the kids didn’t like had nothing to do with the property and only to do with the actual beach. The waves were very small (we stayed in June)—almost like lake water for half of the days; so they couldn’t use their boogie boards—but for some people, that would be a plus! Overall, this place is incredible and has a perfect location.

Everything about this place was excellent! It has wonderful views, private backyard and the beach is literally just steps away! My family and I fell in love with this home! The property manager is also wonderful and extremely helpful.

Beautiful house with easy access to the beach. House was supplied with basic essentials making it easy to walk right in and feel comfortable. Grocery stores are close and it was easy to schedule a delivery. The house supplied beach chairs, toys, linens and beach towels. We are a family of 4 and shared the house with another family of 3. The house supplied a nice blow up mattress our son used and we placed it by the stairs. That worked out fine. The washer and dryer was nice to have. The trees and landscaping around the house was very nice and provided privacy from the other houses beside it. There is a rinse shower on the patio that was nice to have. Very nice house.

The house is even better than the pictures. It has everything you need and the patio and beach access is great.

What an amazing rental! The views are breathtaking and the house was unbelievable! The property manager was very helpful and we had such a wonderful week here!

we loved our stay here. truthfully you will not find a better view! the house is very well kept and literally has everything you could ever need! toys beach towels beach chairs umbrellas and a well stocked kitchen! it’s close to everything. the town is adorable and beach impeccable! the houses are close together but still feel private- this house is a gem!

Location, location, location - this beach house has it! A few steps from the back door and you're on the beach. The house is well-stocked with everything you need - beach towels, bath towels, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas plus a fully equipped kitchen. The master suite is huge and has the best view in the house. We spent every early evening there enjoying the sunset. The secondary bedrooms are pretty small but all the beds are very comfortable. Would highly recommend and hope to return soon.

This home was as amazing as our last visit, and included several new updates such as a larger shower in the master bath, new foliage planted along the property line, a paved patio, and a sand play area next to the patio that was the biggest hit for our family since it allowed the kids to extend their beach play time to all hours (and in all weather since it was protected from the colder winds). Gabriele, the property manager, continues to lovingly care for the property and her guests, and is always available to take care of any needs that may arise.

This home was super-clean, especially during COVID the property manager was so efficient and assured us of cleanliness, right down to the type of cleaning supplies they used and that we should use while in the home during Covid. The home was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. The home is situated on a beautiful spot of Indian Rocks/Indian Shores, FL on the beach with no obstructed views. I would highly recommend this place. Enjoy!

I’m a VRBO, high end property owner myself, and have traveled all along the west coast for over 40 years, winters & summers, too many to list. The Location is absolutely perfect, with the ocean directly in front, so close you can throw a rock from the balcony & hit the ocean, (well not me, but my son who was a baseball pitcher). The unobstructed view from either the bottom floor patio, or master bedroom roomy balcony, that draws in the anticipated gorgeous, goose bump sunsets. The back of the property contains water too, in a beautiful calm bay setting where you can sit on an upper deck, in the morning & watch the sun come up. The master bedroom is enormous, with a great sitting area & desk for us people who still have to take computers along & work, (fast internet) but the entire front the house upstairs and downstairs is full glass, which was a brilliant architectural design for an ocean front property. I wished my office view was like that everyday, it certainly makes working more relaxing. The other two bedrooms are spacious, & I can't say enough good things about the high end beds, you won't even turn over after you crash at night. The upstairs bathroom has a high end huge walk in shower, with hooks inside to hang your towels & swimsuits. Plenty beach towels with lots of extra blankets, pillow, & linens.The downstairs bathroom is spacious with a tub/shower combination. A high end washer & dryer are a must, which they have, as well as baskets, washing powder, iron & ironing board etc. The open LR & kitchen combination is roomy along with the dining area that seats everyone comfortably, & again, has a huge wall of glass the entire length of the front of the house. The kitchen is stocked with high end cooking needs, and plenty of pantry space for your food. A great supply of garbage bags, dishwasher tablets & liquid, cleaning supplies. The patio area has an outdoor shower for rinsing & so much room to gather, eat or relax. Highchair toys, & games are a bonus. The beach area in front, is so private, with plenty of comfortable beach chairs. A two car garage, genius, allowing more cars to park outside. A property is only as good as the host, & Gabriele is top notch with her communication skills & her attention to cleanliness & detail. We always try a new area every time we travel to Florida, but for the first time we will continue to return to the same property many times in the future … “Amazing Luxurious Oceanfront House” a Top Notch Property

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach house at Indian Shores! The beach is literally right out the back door and only a few steps away. Also, with the intercoastal waterway just across the street from the front, and not having high-rise condos directly on the sides, there were no crowds on the beach to contend. The beach house had everything we needed for our stay. Also, prior to our arrival, they had recently laid a new back patio and painted the outside of the house. The views from the house, the master bedroom, and the back patio were incredible. The property managers and the owner were very nice and helpful. Also, there are many great restaurants near by. We would definitely recommend the beach house.

This house lived up to the reviews. Great kitchen for cooking and the outside table was perfect for al fresco dining. We walked the beach every day and sat out in the second floor balcony. Perfect relaxation vacation.

I don’t even know where to start. This house has it all. My favorite feature of the house besides it being steps away from the sand is the view from the master bedroom upstairs. Breathtaking!! I’ve stayed in countless homes/condos on the beach and this one is by far the best. The beds are comfy, great bathrooms...especially the master, lots of games, beach chairs, and beach toys. I literally can’t complain about one thing. We will return for certain! Thank you for opening your home to us!
