Everyone loved the house: our family, our dog, our friends. The location is perfect for walking to everything downtown and the accommodations were wonderfully comfortable.

Easy check in and check out. House has everything you need. Designated parking. Walking distance to restaurants and Palafox fun.

Our group so enjoyed our stay at the Red Door house! The home has AMPLE space, every amenity you could think of, the most perfect front porch, walkable to everything downtown. I'm so glad we decided to stay here! The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen had the essentials we needed to cook with, and Mrs Gloria was amazing with communicating through the whole process! Thank you guys for another great stay in Pensacola!

The Red Door house was in walking distance to many restaurants and was updated with modern appliances and had was well stocked with all soaps...laundry, dish, bathroom, etc. They even had a magnifying mirror for applying makeup. We definitely would recommend this property for your stay in Pensacola.

Our son lives in downtown Pensacola but does not have room for us, his sister, brother-in-law and dog to spend a weekend with him. The Red Door was the perfect solution. Comfortable seating in the living room, nice size kitchen (with good pots, pans, and knives), nice bedrooms, and a backyard for the dog. The best part for us, though, was the location. We were able to walk everywhere.

The location was perfect but the upstairs bed needs a mattress change! It smelled like dog and was very hard to keep cool! Otherwise very well stocked!

At one point during our stay, we hosted three generations (plus two pups) at the Hawkins House, and there is something for everyone at this home. Our college- age son and his girlfriend could walk to Fosko for crepes and coffee in the late morning. The rest of us often took long waterfront walks along the Memorial park or down around the Wahoos stadium after having early coffee on the front porch with our older son who lives in historic district Pensacola. The back yard was perfect for our dogs to play while we enjoyed the seating areas for lunch or late afternoon drinks. This home is perfectly appointed and comfortable while also being in a prime location for walks to restaurants and shopping. We will miss our jaunts to Bodacious on Palafox for breakfast or lunch and the easy walks to delicious dinner destinations: Dharma Blue, South Market, Juan’s Flying Burrito, Thai and the District. Pensacola Beach is also an easy and beautiful drive. We like to go to the far end of Ft Pickens. We also drove the scenic Bayou Blvd for tennis at the Roger Scott Tennis Complex, which is a top-rated municipal tennis center in the country. Everyone is friendly there and we were able to get a clay court most afternoons-no reservation required for guests. Our hostess, Gloria, was always available to answer any questions regarding the property and surrounding area. We look forward to our next trip to Pensacola and hope to stay again in this lovely home!

This was our second stay at this home and it was just as lovely as the first time. We love the layout of the house and its proximity to all of downtown Pensacola.

We were in town for a wedding and this was a wonderful location with everything so close. The house is adorable and exactly as described. Gloria was so helpful. She gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. You can't go wrong renting this house.

My husband and I stay in a ton of VRBOs, and this is one of the BEST we've ever stayed in. First, Gloria was amazing and waiting on the porch to check us in and show us around the house. The house is in the perfect location downtown and we made great use of the front porch swing. We will DEFINITELY be back!

What a great getaway! We have a family of 6, our stay was clean, comfortable, and a great launching point for all that the Pensacola area has to offer. This house had everything we needed to make for an enjoyable vacation!
