Great location and large rooms great remote staff too. I’ve stayed in many Reykjavik hotels and this room is the biggest
The balcony’s all connect so u can’t have the door open for privacy
There was a slight problem with my code for the door but fixed quickly. The hotel is fully remote managed so if this isn’t your thing don’t book it

Size of the room was good. Liked that the room had a fridge. Shower and bathroom were exceptional. Location in town to activities was good.
No room fan. Room got hot. Had to close the small window at night due to the noise from the bars and nearby people. Additional shelving in bathroom for toiletries would have been nice.

Great position, self check in and check out really useful. Clean room not particularly quite since people outside at the pub sometimes were noisy.
I had problems during the checkout since they disabled my access code and I could not collect my luggages. I've almost lost my bus to the airport due to 15 mins lost to contact them to solve the problem. What saved me was that someone get out and I had access to the building to collect the luggages. It is not acceptable to have no support or in person assistance for emergency situation.

"Abbiamo soggiornato la prima notte nel centro di Reykjavik in questo appartamento.
Struttura comoda e vicinissima al centro, si può girare tranquillamente a piedi.
Assolutamente consigliato! Self Chec..."
